House Policies

We kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following policies, which are strictly enforced to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant stay for everyone:

Smoking and Vaping

  • Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • A $250 cleaning fee, plus any additional related costs, will apply for smoking or vaping indoors.

Pet Policy

  • One well-behaved dog is allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms: The Lumberjack Suite, Wild Wild West, Hook, Line & Sinker, The Rancher, and The Cowboy. A $25/night fee applies, along with a signed waiver. ADA-compliant service animals are excluded from this fee.
  • At check-in, guests must declare and register any dog or service animal by completing and signing the Pet Policy and Agreement.
  • Dogs must be non-aggressive, clean, fully house-trained, and free of parasites or disease (e.g., fleas, ticks, Parvo).
  • Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture, linens, or pillows. Please do not bathe pets in the showers, and clean their paws before entering the room.
  • Dogs may not be left unattended in the room for more than one hour. If unattended, they must be secured in a kennel. Dogs must remain leashed while on the property.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in designated relief areas.
  • Damage or additional cleaning caused by pets will be itemized and charged to the credit card on file.

Additional Fees

  • Unauthorized pets in pet-friendly or pet-free rooms will incur a $100 fee, plus any applicable cleaning or damage fees.
  • Rooms left in unsatisfactory condition will incur a $300 cleaning fee, determined solely by management.
