Welcome to Timber House Lodge. Please review our terms and conditions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Reservations

Reservations can be made directly through our website. To secure your booking, the full cost of your stay, including lodging tax, is required at the time of reservation and must be paid via credit card. We do not accept third-party gift certificates or gift cards.

Self Check-In

Timber House Lodge operates entirely as a self-check-in property. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a welcome text with your room details and a personalized code for check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

• Check-In: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM

Family Accommodations

Families with small children are encouraged to book the Lumberjack Suite for added space and comfort. Please note that some of our rooms are not suitable for children.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

To maintain a clean and sanitized environment, smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping indoors will result in a $200 cleaning fee plus any additional related costs.

Pet Policy

One well-behaved pet is allowed in the following pet-friendly rooms: Lumberjack Suite, Wild Wild West, Hook, Line & Sinker, The Rancher, and The Cowboy. A $25/night pet fee applies, along with a signed waiver.

Accessibility

Timber House Lodge is proud to be accessible for all guests. The Buck Wild Room is fully wheelchair accessible.
